Add 750 ml of water
 
MIXING : 
Stir contents of the package with a whisk in 750 ml of cold water and allow the dough to swell for 10 minutes. 
 
FORMING :
Model with moistened hands 12 dumplings. 
 
BRING TO A BOIL :
Enter the dumplings in plenty of boiling, salted water and let them boil. After 20 minutes let stand over low heat (but not boil).
